Kalerm New Values Released

Kalerm new values release conference was held on April 26th as scheduled. This is a big reform action for Kalerm to improve management and promote development, and also will be a major event in its history.

We reiterate our mission and vision, and reshape our core values on the occasion of Kalerm’s tenth anniversary of establishment.

Hence, core values are very important to guide an enterprise to achieve its goal and vision. The characters and habit decide the future of a teenager whatever beautiful dreams he has, and core values are the characters and habit of an enterprise.
After several rounds of discussion and modification, we finally decide Kalerm new values, and that is, customer first, integrity, profession, coordination and passion.
